Hi all its good to be here. I have a small problem, I want to remove my egr valve to give it a good clean as I'm getting a little hesitation when accelerating from low rpm. I've tried spraying several cans of cleaner directly into the egr valve seems ok for a few days then the symptoms re appear. So I want to take it completely off for a thorough cleaning.
Has anyone got a step by step guide on how to remove this bloody thing iv previously removed all the bolts and fixing that I believed were holding it on but it will not move at all, I don't want to force it am I missing something here?
Its really pissing me off now this should be a straight forward job I'm not a bad DIY mechanic and I've done a few egr valves before with no trouble but this has got me stumped any help please guys would be very grateful.
